Zahra Golafshani, a student in the Motion Picture Arts program at Thorneloe University, won the open category Innovation Award at Cinefest for her short “Perceptions,” which MPArts Prof. Mathieu Seguin photographed. Ms. Golafshani took 2nd prize last year for her film “Bullet-Headed.”
