It is with excitement that I announce that OmiSoore Dryden, Lecturer in Women’s Studies at Thorneloe University, has today successfully defended her doctoral dissertation at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education/University of Toronto. OmiSoore’s thesis is entitled “Unrepresentable Blood: Canadian Blood Donation, ‘Gay Blood, and the Queerness of Blackness.’”
