Unusual Kindness – A Christian Unity Service – January 26th

A Christian Unity service featuring John Gibaut will be held in conjunction with the Sudbury Week of Prayer at the Church of the Epiphany in downtown Sudbury later this month (85 Larch St, Sudbury). The theme of the service is Unusual Kindness, based on Acts 28:2. Gibaut is a world-renowned ecumenical leader who is currently the president, provost and vice-chancellor of Thorneloe University. He has held senior executive leadership positions within two global church organizations, the World Council of Churches in Geneva, Switzerland and the Anglican Communion Office in London, England.

The service begins at 3 p.m. on Jan. 26. A reception will follow.

Parking is available and non-perishable food items will be collected for Sudbury Food Bank.
